About Us
Abigail Alice Daisy Ford and Adam J. Winkel were both born in 1979. She in the Big Apple, and he in a small town in southwest Michigan.
We found our way to opposite ends of 13th street after a series of moves around the globe. Adam had just moved back to New York City after working for Jane Street in London for a year.
Abby is doing obstetrics and gynecology residency and during the rare moments when not catching babies, was wandering around the sunny streets of her neighborhood in the West Village.
How We Met
Through a burst of eccentric genius, our mutual friend Michelle figured out that this man with a passion for cupcakes who writes trading software would be a perfect match for a doctor very in touch with her inner Martha Stewart.
We figured out pretty quickly as we traded stories and started to explore our city and the world that we were two sides of the same coin. It has been a very exciting time for us, and we are having a blast planning this celebration of our future life together.
